Photo and signature size checker, one link for the whole form

Type the file rules of one application form once, and share the link. Anyone who opens it gets a checker set to the same rules, so a teacher, a cyber cafe or a group admin can help a whole class or group. Each file shows what passes and what fails, and one button fixes the rest. It runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.

The form’s file rules

Copy the rules from the form’s instructions. Leave a field empty if the form does not say. Save, then share the link so others get the same checker.

How to use Photo and Signature Size Checker

  1. Enter the rules and save them

Fill in the minimum KB, maximum KB, width and height for the photo and signature, and a maximum KB for a PDF document. Leave empty what the form does not say, then press Save the rules.

  2. Choose your files

Press Choose a picture for the photo and the signature, and Choose a PDF for the document. Each file shows a tick or a cross for every rule. Use Copy link to share the rules.

  3. Make everything fit

Press Make everything fit to fix each file that fails, then download the fixed files. You can keep them in My files for 7 days.

One set of rules for everyone filling the same form

Most forms give the same rules to everyone: a size range in KB, an exact size in pixels, and a limit for a PDF. Instead of every person working them out again, you enter them once and share the link. Whoever opens it sees the same checker, ready for their own files.

Each file is judged on its own, with a tick or a cross for every rule, so you can see exactly what is wrong before the form rejects it. Press Make everything fit and the files that fail are fixed in one go. If you have saved a photo or signature in My files with Form kit on, Use my Form kit copy puts it in with one tap.

Photos and signatures are cropped from the centre to the exact pixels, so check that the face or signature is not off-centre. Because the KB are counted strictly, a file that passes here should pass however the form counts. Your files never leave your device, and fixed files can be kept in My files for 7 days.

Questions about Photo and Signature Size Checker

How does the share link work?

After you press Save the rules, the link of the page carries those rules. Press Copy link or share it on WhatsApp, and anyone who opens it gets a checker set to the same rules. The rules live only in the link. There is no account and nothing is stored on a server.

What does it check on each file?

A photo or signature is checked for being a JPG file, being under the maximum KB, being over the minimum KB, and being exactly the width and height in pixels. A PDF is checked for being a PDF file and for being under its maximum KB. Each check shows a tick or a cross.

How are the KB counted?

Strictly, so the file passes however a form counts. The size must be under the maximum times 1,000 bytes and over the minimum times 1,024 bytes. A file just inside the limit on one count may therefore show a cross here, and that is on purpose.

What does Make everything fit do?

It fixes every file that fails. Photos and signatures become JPGs at the exact pixels, cropped from the centre, with the best quality that lands in the KB range. A PDF is compressed by lowering the resolution of its images until it is under the limit, so the text stays sharp. The fixed files show the checks again.

What if my photo is too small for the minimum?

The tool raises the quality first and then enlarges the pixels if it must, without going over the maximum. If the original is tiny, the result can still look soft or miss the range. In that case a Fixed file shows a cross, so try a larger copy of the photo.

Is my photo or signature uploaded?

No. Your photo, signature and documents stay on this device, and everything is checked and fixed in your browser. Only the rules are in the link, never your files. It works on phones too.
