IBPS PO size checker, photo, signature and PDF
The IBPS PO form asks for a photo of 200 × 230 pixels between 20 and 50 KB, a signature between 10 and 20 KB (140 × 60 pixels preferred), and a certificate PDF under 500 KB. One set of rules for everyone filling the same form
Most forms give the same rules to everyone: a size range in KB, an exact size in pixels, and a limit for a PDF. Instead of every person working them out again, you enter them once and share the link. Whoever opens it sees the same checker, ready for their own files.
Each file is judged on its own, with a tick or a cross for every rule, so you can see exactly what is wrong before the form rejects it. Photos and signatures are cropped from the centre to the exact pixels, so check that the face or signature is not off-centre. Questions about IBPS PO Photo and Signature Size
What is the IBPS PO photo and signature size?
The IBPS CRP PO/MT-XV notification asks for a recent colour photo of 200 × 230 pixels (4.5 × 3.5 cm) between 20 and 50 KB, and a signature between 10 and 20 KB, both as JPG, with 140 × 60 pixels as the preferred signature size. The photo needs a light or white background, without a cap or dark glasses. At exactly 140 × 60 pixels a signature rarely reaches 10 KB, so this checker keeps the KB range and lets the pixels be larger. Always check the notice of the exam you are applying for, as sizes can change.
What about the thumb impression and handwritten declaration?
The notification also asks for a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 pixels between 20 and 50 KB, and a handwritten declaration of 800 × 400 pixels between 50 and 100 KB, both as JPG. Use Reduce Image Size in KB with those numbers. A live photo is also taken on the form with your webcam or phone.
Are the IBPS Clerk sizes the same?
Yes. The IBPS CRP CSA-XV (Clerk) notification of August 2025 asks for the same photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration sizes, and a 10th certificate PDF of up to 500 KB, so this checker works for the Clerk form too.
How are the KB counted?
Strictly, so the file passes however a form counts. The size must be under the maximum times 1,000 bytes and over the minimum times 1,024 bytes. A file just inside the limit on one count may therefore show a cross here, and that is on purpose.
What does Make everything fit do?
It fixes every file that fails. Photos and signatures become JPGs at the exact pixels, cropped from the centre, with the best quality that lands in the KB range. A PDF is compressed by lowering the resolution of its images until it is under the limit, so the text stays sharp. The fixed files show the checks again.
Is my photo or signature uploaded?
No. Your photo, signature and documents stay on this device, and everything is checked and fixed in your browser. Only the rules are in the link, never your files. It works on phones too.
Is this the official IBPS PO website?
